About Matt Idler: Creating Photography for Over Two Decades

Matt’s journey behind the lens began in high school, shooting for his school’s newspaper and yearbook. This early spark quickly evolved into a professional career covering local news and rodeo events, including work for the Cheyenne Tribune Eagle.

To master the technical aspects of his craft, Matt earned an Associate in Applied Science in Photographic Communications from Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming. In June of 1999, he officially launched his photography business. While his roots are in sports and photojournalism, Matt’s focus has evolved to meet the needs of modern businesses, making him a sought-after commercial photographer in Wyoming and beyond.
