On-location sessions are designed for businesses needing 3 or more team members photographed. We bring our full professional setup to your office, providing maximum convenience and ensuring a consistent look across the entire team. We have the following backdrops available for both studio and on-location - portrait backgrounds.

Q: How much space do you need for an on-location corporate setup?

A: We require a minimum area of 8 feet by 16 feet to accommodate our backdrop, professional lighting equipment, and camera space. This area can be in a conference room, lobby, or any open, available space. We can move furniture if needed.

Q: What is your typical turnaround time for receiving the final images?

A: We pride ourselves on efficiency.

  • Proof Gallery: You will receive an online proof gallery for image selection within 2-3 business days of the session.

  • Final Delivery: Once your selections are made, the final, retouched, high-resolution images are delivered within 4-6 business days.

Q: What should I wear for my headshot?

A: We generally recommend wearing clothing that is solid-colored (avoid busy patterns or small checks, and all white) and fits well. Dress as you would normally for a client meeting. Bring a few options, including a jacket or blazer, as different necklines photograph differently. We will review your choices at the start of the session.

Q: Are the images retouched, and what does that include?

A: Yes, every final image you purchase or select includes professional, high-end, and natural retouching. This covers evening skin tone, softening fine lines, removing temporary blemishes, and subtly brightening eyes, while preserving the authentic look of the individual.

Q: How will I receive the final headshots?

A: Your final, high-resolution images will be delivered via a secure online gallery download link. They will be provided in both high-resolution (print-ready) and web-optimized (for LinkedIn/website) formats. The gallery will be emailed to you, with the weblink and password to view and download images.
